KCH Custom is run by a 2-women team. While we always do our best to the get items shipped within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays), please understand that there can be times where shipping is slightly delayed.

Our business operates out of Apex, NC. If you are local to this area, or are passing through, please reach out to us at kchcustombits@gmail.com before placing your order as we do offer discounts for local pickup.

Shipping

US Domestic Shipping:

Shipping in the US starts at $10.00 for up to 3 bits. For quantities over 3 bits, shipping will be $12.00.

**For large/bulk bit orders, please message us at kchcustombits@gmail.com before purchasing.

International Shipping:

If you are located outside the United States, please send us a message at kchcustombits@gmail.com as we do ship internationally via a different process.

Returns/Exchanges

Return/Exchange Costs :

In the unfortunate event that we make an error in your order (ex. incorrect bit or size shipped), we will cover the shipping cost for the return/exchange.
**Please email us at kchcustombits@gmail.com with your contact information, reason for return, and we will provide you with a return shipping label. See other return policies below.

If you need to exchange your bit for a different size/different bit, or if the bit just isn’t what your horse/pony needs and you’d like to return it, you will need to follow our return policy below and will also be responsible for shipping both ways (return and re-ship if an exchange) as well as any pricing difference in the replacement bit. **Please email us at kchcustombits@gmail.com with your contact information, reason for return, and exchange request (bit, size) when returning or exchanging your item.

Return/Exchange Policies : 14 Days to Return

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return or exchange your bit for any reason, the item must be returned/exchanged within 14 calendar days of the date received.
